Where we build

Drees Built Homes are currently being built throughout Johnson and Miami Counties. Most of our homes are built in established subdivision but also have a mix of customs homes in rural areas on acreage being constructed. We are very strong in Cedar Creek subdivisions including Valley Ridge, The Meadows and The Villas in Hidden Lakes. Visit our model homes in Cedar Creek. We are also building in The Preserve at Clear Creek, Hidden Prairie, Wolf Creek and CedarCrest. We are approved to build in most Johnson County Subdivisions.
